dans votre contrat \u00e9crit, alors l\u2019interruption temporaire du contrat est valid\u00e9e. Dans ce cas, il n\u2019y a pas de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration durant les cong\u00e9s (sauf accord contraire), car les deux parties en ont convenu \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exemple : \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019employeur s\u2019absente chaque ann\u00e9e 3 semaines au mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt. Toutefois, la r\u00e9glementation demande \u00e0 ce que les p\u00e9riodes d\u2019absences pr\u00e9vues soient le plus pr\u00e9cises possible.
