Habituellement, Catherine intervient pour de l\u2019entretien chaque jeudi chez Martine. Le 1er mai tombe un jeudi et son contrat sp\u00e9cifie que ce f\u00e9ri\u00e9 n\u2019est pas travaill\u00e9. Autrement dit, Catherine reste chez elle (<\/span><b>1er mai ch\u00f4m\u00e9<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) et <\/span><b>est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 son taux horaire habituel comme si elle avait travaill\u00e9 (sans aucune majoration).<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>1er mai travaill\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Brigitte est le particulier employeur d\u2019Eva, auxiliaire de vie. Elle a besoin d\u2019aide au quotidien, et donc le 1er mai \u00e9galement.
