Cette clause est l\u00e9gale, mais elle doit \u00eatre explicitement mentionn\u00e9e dans le contrat sign\u00e9 par les deux parties. Dans ce contexte, certaines r\u00e8gles sp\u00e9cifiques s\u2019appliquent :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Absence impr\u00e9vue et de courte dur\u00e9e : Si elle est de courte dur\u00e9e (moins d\u2019une semaine) et non anticip\u00e9e : l\u2019employeur doit continuer \u00e0 r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer le salari\u00e9 comme pr\u00e9vu dans le contrat de travail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Absence prolong\u00e9e : Si elle se prolonge au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;un mois et que l\u2019employeur est b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de l\u2019APA, il est \u00e0 noter que cette derni\u00e8re sera suspendue au 31\u00e8me jour d\u2019hospitalisation.
