En effet, il convient parfaitement aux besoins r\u00e9currents : accompagnement quotidien, interventions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res ou de longue dur\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En CESU, le CDI est souvent plus adapt\u00e9 qu\u2019on ne le croit. Il permet :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une stabilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019aide de vie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une continuit\u00e9 dans la prise en charge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une simplification administrative \u00e0 long terme.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le CDI doit, comme nous l\u2019avons vu, \u00eatre formalis\u00e9 par \u00e9crit si le salari\u00e9 travaille plus de 3 heures par semaine sur une p\u00e9riode de 4 semaines cons\u00e9cutives. De plus, il peut inclure une p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai (vivement conseill\u00e9e), \u00eatre \u00e0 temps plein ou \u00e0 temps partiel, selon les besoins du particulier employeur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de rupture du CDI (licenciement, d\u00e9mission, rupture conventionnelle), des r\u00e8gles pr\u00e9cises s\u2019appliquent selon la convention collective. De plus, en CESU, il est accord\u00e9 un peu de souplesse pour les contrats ponctuels (contrat \u00e9crit = au-del\u00e0 de 3h\/semaine sur 4 semaines cons\u00e9cutives).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Cependant, il est toujours fortement recommand\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tablir un contrat \u00e9crit, quel que soit le nombre d\u2019heures et la dur\u00e9e dans le temps du contrat.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, le CDD en CESU pr\u00e9cise :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La date de d\u00e9but et la date de fin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le motif du recours au CDD.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le nombre d\u2019heures hebdomadaires pr\u00e9vues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration horaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La clause de renouvellement, si elle existe.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attention : le CDD ne peut \u00eatre rompu avant son terme que dans des cas bien pr\u00e9cis (faute grave, accord commun, inaptitude, force majeure).
